- For Prepaid Orders/ Online Payment: Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 699/- and Standard Shipping Charges Rs. 89/- on orders below Rs. 699/- for south India (Rest of India)
- For Prepaid Orders/ Online Payment: Mandatory Standard Shipping Charges of Rs. 119/- for Special Destinations like (Andaman and Nico.In., Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Dadra and Nagar Hav, Daman and Diu, Goa, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura)
- For COD Orders, (Standard Shipping Charges) Rs. 69 for South India, 89 for Rest of India and 119 for Special destinations as mentioned above.

- Yes, we have shipping across India. And we are also shipping across major countries.
2) When will my order be delivered?
Our Standard Delivery Timelines:
- Local – 2-3 days (from the dispatch)
- Metro cities – 3-5 days (from the dispatch)
- Rest of India – 4-6 days (from the dispatch)
- Special Destinations – 5-7 days (from the dispatch)
Basic Q&A
What is the procedure to cancel the order?
- Cancellation of order can be done by calling our customer support number. However, cancellation of order can only be done within two hours of order time.
How long do I have to report a complaint regarding a product?
- Any complaint needs to be raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Complaints will be verified with relevant photo graphs and circumstances.
Can I request for a Proof Of Delivery (POD)?
- Yes, Proof Of Delivery will be provided two days from the requested date. Note: Proof Of Delivery available only for 3 days from the date of delivery.
What happens when there is National Holiday?
- Orders will not be Processed or Dispatched during National Holidays.
What if delivery of the order is delayed beyond the given timeline?
- Kerala Orders: Order will be arranged for delivery on the 2nd business day. If it gets delayed beyond that order amount will be refunded as loyalty points.
- Non-Kerala Orders: Only the dispatch date can be assured by Aachiamma Foods. With respect to delivery if it is beyond the mentioned delivery time, the issue will be raised with our courier partner and delivery will be arranged in 24-48hrs. If it gets delayed further, reshipment will be processed.
